Payment Policy
After the treatment is completed, you will receive a statement with the balance due (including shipping cost and the cost for insuring, if requested). The piece will be shipped after payment is received. At the owners request, a treatment proposal and contract can be provided before treatment.
Owners of valuable pieces sent to Bob for treatment or evaluation are to be aware that insurance for these items is not provided, and if insurance is desired, it should be purchased by the owner.
